Hi there!

I take people from feeling limited by their bloating and IBS to feeling confident in their body and in control of their digestion. After years of helping many others figure out the cause of their digestion concerns, I know it’s possible for you, too.

My journey to naturopathic medicine began after working as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation. I witnessed the value of a holistic approach to healthcare and understood that each individual’s physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected. As a naturopathic doctor, I’m here to listen to your story so we can create a strategy to achieve sustainable results.

A little about me

I live with my daughter and partner in beautiful Victoria, BC. I love to run, drink good coffee and have a great laugh!

I’ve run 6 marathons: New York City, Chicago, Boston, Ottawa and Vancouver. Since having my daughter in 2021, I now focus on splitting my free time between training for half marathons and creating adventures with my family.

  • Other than absorption of key nutrients, the gut microbiome is a very important part of our overall health.
