Dr. Baxter will be going on maternity leave April 1st 2024, returning January 2026.

Dr. Mikaila Brown will be covering her practice for virtual consultations and pre-iron infusion calls during this time.

Dr. Brown also has a gut-focused practice! She is dedicated to helping people navigate their health with more confidence and ease. She is committed to elevating the standard of care for common digestive concerns such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), functional constipation, food intolerances, bloating and heartburn through the principles of naturopathic medicine.

    I assist individuals in understanding the complexities of anxiety, both independently and in its correlation with disorders of gut-brain interaction such as IBS and others.

    The perimenopause/menopause transition is more than hot flashes or night sweats. Mood fluctuations, joint pain, vaginal dryness or pain and sleep disturbances are just some of the clues that things are starting to shift. I can support you! I keep an up to date knowledge on safe prescribing of hormone replacement therapy, dietary guidelines and more options to support your health through this transition.
